Open Mind

So last night, I watched the movie Zeitgeist and was just blown away from what I saw.  I am the type of person that takes any new information with a bit of skepticism but for some reason what was said on that program…..made sense.  But I must say I admire the ingenuity and foresight for those early bankers to pull of something that huge.  Hey gotta give respect where it is due.  But I am still pissed off.

The show pretty much made the Matrix trilogy come to mind.  Well mostly the first and second.  YES, I liked reloaded.  There, I said it.   Most people saw it as a cheap martial arts flick and yes it was.  But there was more.  The three different philosophies presented in that movie were quite interesting.   Cause and Effect, Choice,  and System of rules that people live.  Neo to me was the personification of these three philosophies, hence the name “neo” which according to Answers.com defines it as

A prefix meaning ‘new’ or ‘different from’. As a hyphenated prefix it often refers to the reappearance of a culture or tradition after a period of decline or abandonment, as in ‘neo-classical’.

So this personification was the reappearance of freedom, a choice to stand up to the system, and because of his choice (cause) the result was freedom (effect) etc etc.

So my question is do we as a people stand up  and question what is fed to us in the name of religion and media or do we question our reality and demand to be heard and our anger felt when the men behind the curtain decide to manipulate us to pad their pockets?
